Rates
For both In Person and Telehealth Sessions:
$220 per 50 minute session
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required to cancel a session. If less than 24 hour notice is given, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
Insurance
Psychologists are not covered under MSP. However, psychological services may be covered through extended health benefits. Please contact your benefits provider prior to booking an appointment to learn about your individual coverage.
Please note that our office does not bill directly to benefit plans or 3rd party insurance providers. Clients are required to pay Dr. Tiplady directly, receive a receipt, and then submit that receipt for reimbursement to their insurance provider
What is a psychologist?
A psychologist is a regulated health care professional. In B.C. psychologists are regulated by the College of Psychologists of BC. The College functions to assure that psychologists maintain the highest standards of professional practice and conduct.
